The breakfast situation was a mess; I was told three times that I’d have to pay for my kids. It felt awkward trying to sort it out, and honestly, the food didn’t even make up for the hassle.

perfectly clean hotel with very professional staff and unbeatable location just off bars, the desert and public transport. very clean bed in double room with a laptop-size safe, central heating, and an iron. good and tasty food.

We stayed in perfect and amazing room with a view that also had wake-up service. An electric kettle, climate control, and a personal safe were a bonus.

We had such a lovely romantic escape! The room was super clean and the beds were really comfy, plus the location next to the club makes it so easy for meals! We also loved the excellent breakfast offerings and the friendly staff made us feel so welcome. The quiet atmosphere was a huge bonus for relaxation.

The air conditioning was a bit funky and didn’t cool our room as we hoped. We reported it a few times, but it didn’t really get sorted. it was a minor hiccup in an otherwise great stay!

We recently stayed at the holiday inn and had a wonderful experience. check-in was smooth, thanks to the friendly staff who genuinely seemed to care about our comfort. our room was modern and spacious, with a lovely bathroom and quality amenities. we loved the quiet atmosphere and the complimentary wifi, making it a perfect spot for relaxation after a busy day.

The staff were super friendly and really went out of their way to make my kids feel special with fun little packs and kind hellos. We loved the 24/7 Ben & Jerry's – who doesn't? One minor hiccup was getting our second room a bit late and needing multiple trips for the key, but it didn't take away from the overall great experience. 😊

This place is fairly clean, trendy, and has impeccable and wonderful units with a nice roomy bathroom, including a shower and 2 double beds.

The location is fantastic, as this place has been around for 50 years. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from nearby, like Bistro Jinja, which is just a 5-minute walk away. 🍽️.

We had a really amazing stay during our two nights at Holiday Inn Sydney St Marys. the hotel was tidy and absolutely amazing, and the location in the suburb was perfect. Our food was delicious!

This hotel has efficient staff, and I highly recommend staying in the triple room with 2 double beds and baths.
